GENERAL TERMS:
Mexican Destinations makes reasonable efforts to ensure that Web site data is correct; however, properties, products, services, and information published on this and other related Web sites may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Mexican Destinations does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim liability for inaccuracies relating to the pricing and description of the vacation rental properties, car, and other travel products displayed on this Web site (including, without limitation, photographs, property descriptions, amenities, pricing, etc.). Changes and improvements to descriptions and pricing may be made at any time and without notice.
Custom Quote product offers are based on current availability and pricing, and cannot be guaranteed until an electronic authorization has been received and your credit card has been charged.
A hotel room is defined as a single room with a bathroom. Hotel rooms may offer different forms of bedding that typically include one of the following: king, queen, full, twin, bunk, Murphy bed, trundle, or sofa-sleeper. Hotel rooms do not typically include a kitchen, or a separate bedroom.
A studio is defined as room consisting of a main room, kitchenette, and bathroom. Studios may offer different forms of bedding that typically include one of the following: king, queen, full, twin, bunk, Murphy bed, trundle, or sofa-sleeper.
Bedding options are only meant to provide a partial list, other options may apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation requests must be submitted to Mexican Destinations by e-mail to customerservice@mexicandestinations.com or by official letter addressed to 4913 Raleigh Common Dr, Memphis, TN 38128. Cancellation requests for any reason received from time of booking up to 61 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the total. Cancellation requests for any reason received 60 days or less prior to arrival forfeit the full amount paid.
RENTAL TERMS:
Pets are not allowed in any of our properties unless specified in writing. All properties are non-smoking unless otherwise noted. There are no refunds for late arrivals and/or early departures. A major credit card is typically required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. Mexican Destinations reserves the right to supply client’s credit card information to unit supplier if a credit card is not given upon check-in. Specific unit numbers and bed configurations are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater value, at no extra charge, if it becomes necessary to relocate a guest or group should a property become unavailable.
DAMAGE POLICY:
Any damages that may be claimed by Customer against Mexican Destinations for alleged breach of this Agreement shall be limited to the total amount of monies paid and shall specifically exclude any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages. Each party to this Agreement consents and submits to personal jurisdiction over the party by, and venue in, the courts of the State of Tennessee regarding any legal action arising from, or otherwise related to, this Agreement. Any dispute arising between you and Mexican Destinations shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Tennessee.

Mexican Destinations Vacation Protection Plan is Provided by CSA Insurance.

At CSA we strive to keep our claims process as hassle-free as possible. One claims representative will work with you from start to finish, making sure you receive the responsive, friendly service you need. Identity Theft Resolution Services offer you 180 days of service starting on your scheduled departure date.
